How Badly Did Israel Lose?

David Twersky, writing originally in the NY Sun, points out that proportionally, when compared to the US Israel lost twice as many soldiers in one month of fighting than the US lost in three-plus years fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq.

There’s a nice point about Ethiopian Jewish soldiers, as well.

several times you make ugly comments and posts against Ethiopian Jews, and now you show that Ethiopian Jews are heroes. Please leave these people alone! They are Israeli and jewish people, they should never be singled out like that for whatever reason.
give respect to these desent jewish people! by removing from this site all your negative comments. There is no need to view your positive remarks as well. Weather it is Shimeon Adega or Dan Halutz who died in battle it shouldn’t raise any issue concerning their cultural background.
