BREAKING! Rabbi Kolko Abuse: New Victim Comes Forward; Is Within Statute of Limitations

4:05 PM CST – I’m told another victim of serial child abuser Rabbi Yehuda Kolko has just come forward. This victim was abused recently, and his case falls within the statute of limitations. This boy was abused because haredi rabbinic leaders covered for Rabbi Kolko for almost 40 years, allowing him to abuse over and over again. May God "bless" each and every one of those rabbis with what they truly deserve.

UPDATE: UOJ has the court filing posted here.

Great news! I hope they bankrupt the yeshiva to send a message that they don’t control the agenda and they should obey the law and protect their charges or they’ll face charges.

I’m hoping the administration will be held accountable as well.

Nah! What are you crazy?! These parents are just after money. So much so that they are risking their children’s future for a bissele gelt. Why would HaRav Hagoan Lipa Margulies allow a child mole**er in his yeshiva? It’s completely k’neged halacha! And besides, even if the claims are true, there was no actual penetration (or, so it seems) so l’halacha it’s considered nothing – You’re just an anti-semite. Shame on you. I’m gonna go to yeshivaworld.com

I know, because a certain “gadol” said that it is מותר to rub one’s erect penis against a child as long as there is no penetration.

    so l’halacha it’s considered nothing

Riiiiight, it’s totally normal to rub one’s erect penis against a child. Do me a favor a stay out of my neighborhood.

“You’re just an anti-semite. Shame on you.”

Let me understand. If you are against Jewish children being molested (even sans penetration, it’s still molestation), you’re just an anti-Semite. Is protecting perverts philo-Semitism? Is molesting Jewish children philo-Semitic? Or are the rabbis infallible gods?

  9. Yochanan –

    Maybe they are phallic gods.

    YidChat: LOL!

Wow. My comment was completely sarcastic. I have posted many times on the subject. Kollko, Margulies and all their communal and rabbinical cohorts should drop dead and go to hell. B’karov mamish!

Gross: Don’t feel bad, I’ve had the same problem. When you’re so freaked out by something, it’s sometimes hard for people to recognize what’s sarcastic and what is the genuinely stupid replies from people posting in favor of the Rabbinate.

  13. Yochanan Lavie

Gross: Sorry, that wasn’t very Swift of me (as in Jonathan Swift). But as Ahavah points out, your sarcastic post sounded exactly like what apologists have in fact written here, in earnest.

To those that permit child molestors to operate.
Someone touched my daughter once-I had to do my ‘crazy routine’ to put FEAR into the hearts of those who think this crap is OK.
But If I was the parent of a kid that that was molested by Kolko I would get an anti-semite Jewish lawyer (you know what I mean) to go after all the school officials, a lawyer that would have eyes that glow blue with the idea that here was a chance to go after religious crazies, a lawyer that would have ZEAL to do these bastards no matter what. That would bankrupt the school so bad that they would even have to sell the name.

I like your thinking. A little food for thought: would you pay for the name Yeshiva Torah Temimah?
